Beyond Soul Refund & Return Policy At Beyond Soul, we take pride in serving high-quality food and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business, all refunds and replacements are subject to the following policy:

 

1. Third-Party Delivery Orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)     •    If you placed your order through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other delivery platform, all refund requests must be processed through them.     •    We do not issue refunds for third-party orders, as these platforms handle their own refund and dispute processes.     •    If we choose to offer a replacement or goodwill gesture outside of their system, it is solely at our discretion.

 

2. Refund Eligibility     •    Refunds are issued at the owner’s discretion and are not guaranteed.     •    If we determine that an error was made on our end (wrong item, missing item, etc.), you may be eligible for a replacement or refund for the affected item only.     •    Refunds are not issued simply because you do not like the food. If you are unsatisfied with a dish based on personal preference, we encourage you to try something else next time.

 

3. No-Return, No-Refund Policy     •    If you are requesting a refund, the food must be returned in its original condition.     •    We do not issue full refunds for consumed meals. A refund request will only be considered if the majority of the meal is returned.

 

4. Addressing Issues Before Posting Online     •    If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us first so we can make it right.     •    We value our customers and take feedback seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns directly.     •    We cannot guarantee refunds or resolutions for issues that are only brought to our attention through online reviews, as we need a chance to investigate and correct the situation.

 

5. Final Decision     •    Beyond Soul reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.     •    Our goal is to ensure all customers have a great experience, but we will not issue refunds for reasons outside of our control.
